Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Prime LAN Management Solution

We use it to monitor our wireless infrastructure/environment... including access points and WLCs.
  • Used to monitor Cisco wireless devices.
  • Provides stats for Cisco devices including switches.
  • Generate heat maps for placement of APs.
  • Can only monitor Cisco devices.
  • Been neutral, really didn't have to invest in it.
Provides vital stats and a little more granular detail on wireless access points and controllers. Can manage the devices from Cisco Prime as well.
As long as there are active licenses for Cisco Prime then you will receive support. If the licenses expire then you are on your own.
