Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Routers
- Cisco ISR 1000 Series
- Meraki MX
My organization is using the Meraki MX routers for smaller branches where we can connect an additional switch, camera, and access point with the PoE ports that the MX68 brings. The main problem is that we do not have the technical staff in each branch to provide support and configuration to the network.

- Centralization of the operational area.
- Being able to integrate several solutions with a single team.
- Space on site.
If the compatibility of Cisco Meraki MX Routers with other solutions such as Meraki MR wireless, Meraki MV cameras, and Meraki MS switches was a determining factor in opting for Meraki technology since all administration can be done centrally from the dashboard of Meraki with access from any point where there is internet service.
If the organization where I work has benefited from the security capabilities that integrate Meraki MX routers such as content filtering, IPS, and malware protection, in addition to being able to integrate umbrella in the future to have SASE in each of the remote sites or only in the datacenter where the output to the applications in the cloud would be.
Cisco Meraki MX routers work well to access applications, especially if it is in the cloud, and with SDWAN, you can access different vendors such as azure and was to mention some of the most common. It is practical to configure and with the advantage that security features can be added.
