Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Access by Duo

Duo mobile is our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all the apps we use. While passwords are not enough to protect our public cloud environment, One Time Password (OTP) adds an extra layer of security challenges in order to access any company info or data. On top of our application that we access with SSO IDP and Duo, many 3rd parties services that we use support integration with Duo out-of-box.

Dou Security is easy to use and super fast to implement in any organization, the rollout is clear and the app is intuitive for end-users. The push notification makes everything even easier and if OTP is needed, the app will show the number only when requested so the timer for the new OTP starts only when clicking on the OTP.
We use Cisco Duo MFA with our SSO IDP which provides us extra security in case of a breach with the SSO provider. Dou also offers API capabilities that help us to automate processes like provisioning and remediation. With Duo, we can add a challenge from stilling our data and also from internal users who like to browse or they shouldn't.
Cisco Duo's support is one of the best in the market and a great reason for choosing Duo as a solution for a company. We start using the product, and we had a few questions and special use cases, The support team helped solve them all while making sure we learn and understand exactly how to solve the issue.
We had some unique issues that impact a very small group of users, We opened a ticket, and Duo's support team start helping us investigate the issue in detail. after a long deep dive in log files from end-user computers - we found that the issue is actually caused by another tool not related to Cisco - this was an exceptional support service we got from Duo's support.
We choose Duo as we found the end-user interface much easier and more intuitive than other solutions. The push notification feature also worked very smoothly and was a factor in the decision. From the Administrator and security team side - the features and capabilities of Duo were more granular and answered our requirements for visibility and monitoring of this important tool.

Cisco Secure Access would be ideal for dynamic fast-growing cloud base companies, that are looking for easy-to-implement solutions to improve their security and internal resources access. The solution can also work great with other Cisco products which are all monitored in the SecureX dashboard by Cisco. The Duo Secure Access is similar to other products in the market and if a company already has a No-VPN solution installed and no other Cisco security products - They should consider again if it's worth switching.
