We are using Cisco Secure Email for all users in our organization and it's a very fast and reliable solution with lower false positives. It not only checks and blocks suspicious incoming threats, but we also have the option for outbound message control. The best part is that it has dedicated appliances for the on-premise organizations, apart from virtual and the cloud.
