Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Unified IP Phone 6900 Series
I use Cisco Unified IP phone for phone calls and voice messages. My job also uses it to send out emergency alerts.
- Easy to check voice messages.
- Display is easy to see.
- Storing of frequently used phone numbers
- I like the different ring tones.
- I wish the color was jazzier ( I know that's not a word probably) but something that allows you to give your phone character.
- The cord tangles to easily.
- The phone could be a little smaller.
- Ability to save frequent numbers.
- Ability to broadcast emergency messages.
- Voice messaging
- I don't know that I am qualified to speak on the ROI.
- I will say the group calling function helps with customer service because we can program the number to ring multiple people at one time or in a sequence to ensure calls are answered.
- The ability to forward voice messages is a great asset for customer service as well.
