Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

We use meeting organization and chat with collages for a communication channels.
At meeting organization; you can presentation, hand raise for question and request somebody.

  • User friendly
  • Can't see peoples which are in your company. I prefer you to see all your friends in your organization.
  • Recording options.
  • Creating separate room is very difficult.
  • If you connect without app (continue via browser) interface is not user friendly.
  • Hand raise is good but emojis and gifts will be increased.
  • Microphone voice opened sounds will be improved.
We use Microsoft Teams together with Cisco Webex. Since Webex is preferred in more organizations, there is no problem connecting to meetings. Even if people do not have webex, they can easily join the meeting and share screens. This is a huge advantage.
Microphone open sound.
Less gift and reaction emojis.
Browser interface.
Interface is very user friendly and useful.
Anybody learn interface easily.

We use meeting organization and chat with collages for communication channels. At a meeting organization; you can present, raise your hand for questions, and request somebody. Creating rooms in a meeting is very hard. It could be improved.
