We use Cisco Webex Board Series for our real-time video conferencing needs between our board and conference rooms and remote participants working from home or other remote offices. We also use Cisco Webex Board Series to let us collaborate with remote meeting participants via a virtual whiteboard with touch support and shared documents, which has enabled us to work better and more efficiently and support more employees working from home or working elsewhere than in the main office.

Cisco Webex Board Series comes with excellent documentation and it is good in person and phone call support services from the knowledgeable support staff at the vendor available to us when we have issues that needed to be solved.
Cisco Webex Board Series provides an intuitive touch interface to an easy-to-use and good-looking user interface. Because it's so easy to use and there is basically no learning curve anyone can figure out how to use it the first time they walk into the conference room where it is installed.

We use this technology to enable our software architects to design new software solutions via whiteboard diagrams that are drawn in collaboration and shared with all the virtual meeting attendees.
