Cisco Webex allows our company to meet effortlessly online with members from across the world.The features are vast and allows us to share screen, documents and information with ease. It allows us to have problem solving meetings and join together to address issues within our company. As a user, it is easy to use and functional for everything we need.

Cisco Webex Board Series is similar to zoom but has great other features that allow for collaboration and work spaces in breakout rooms. It provides a series of widgets and features to utilize. Cisco Webex Board Series also allows for great invites and host abilities to allow for clear invites.
Customer service has been helpful when needed. They are responsive and clear. When purchasing the software it was easy to communicate with a representative in order to Demo. Cisco Webex Board Series has interactive features to provide feedback and send directly to the company. This is a great feature so we are not looking for the help option
Cisco Webex Board Series is extremely usable and user friendly. Users are able to use the widgets easily and nothing is hidden. It is easy to invite people to the meetings and have them join with minimal clicks. It is easy to connect with others in the app and easily mute and unmute.

It is well suited for companies where there are staff who work from home, work in the office or work off site at other locations. Cisco Webex Board Series is a great platform for connecting different people in other places. It is less appropriate for a small company or people at the same location
