Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Board Series

Our company uses Cisco Webex Board Series throughout our offices for open agile spaces. They are great for ad-hoc whiteboarding, joining meetings (CVI interop, Webex, or native SIP meetings), and provide a good way to share content wirelessly to the device. Our employees (including myself) walk up and use these to whiteboard solutions up quickly and share them with our Webex spaces to continue discussions and editing on the go.

  • Camera privacy shields.
  • Less requirement on purchasing whiteboard pens.
  • Less requirement to install whiteboards in meeting rooms or open agile spaces.
  • Upgrades are smooth and can integrate with external room controls.
The Cisco Webex Board Series provides an easier-to-manage and use solution when compared to the Surface Hub and Microsoft Teams solutions.
The support received from Cisco TAC for these devices is great. They are pretty thorough with troubleshooting and having them being a collaboration end-to-end vendor, hardware faults, software bugs, and feature requests are easily reported and managed.
I give it a 10/10 rating because they are well-built, well-designed, and a great multi-purpose device.

These devices are great when paired with mobile stands or mounted to a wall. They are great for open agile/walk-up meeting spaces, team areas where whiteboarding is required, and ad-hoc meetings with WFH or remote users. It's generally less appropriate in places like large boardrooms or multi-function rooms, however.

Cisco Webex Experience

Being able to use these devices in common area spaces, and connect up to existing in room Cisco Room series devices is why they are top of the game.

Our users work with these daily for stand ups, ad hoc whiteboarding and meetings and often are told the AI makes it so much nicer to work with than typical other vendor equivalents.

The ability to use proximity to connect to the devices to either join meetings or share content makes the difference and easy to use for any end user.



We have used the Cisco Room series devices along with the video interop (CVI) solution to be able to provide outstanding meeting integration experiences for users.
Cisco Webex is an IT deployment and administration dream. They provide outstanding security solutions through encryption on devices, interoperability and participant controls that you do not get with most other vendors.
