Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling

While I was working with my organization we were having operational/financial challenges in conducting meetings at our remote locations scattered throughout the world. It was a huge cost impediment when there was a requirement of a short duration KT session or company-wide townhalls. It was not feasible previously to conduct it at one go. Cisco Webex was our best choice to fix this problem and to foster our relationship with Cisco. It comes in so handy and is easy to use. Users get connected easily and with no glitches.

Support document and online help is well documented and sufficient enough to fix all the issues which we faced during regular use.I was always in awe whenever help from support team was required. They are very technical, prompt and very user-centric. I have not heard from anyone in team that has had challenges with them.

They are industry leaders and when you have a champion of networking equipment backing up the product, you can be sure that the product is built from the right mindset. They have competitive prices, an easy to use UI and the best technical support which enables a company to achieve maximum ROI out of the product.
Well Suited: When there is a need to accommodate a large number of participants in single teleconferencing with screen sharing and recording features available. This tool is also well suited when there is a need for technical support with remote assistance.

Frankly speaking, I can't think of an area where Cisco Webex is less appropriate or not well suited. It delivers what is required from web conferencing software with ease of use.
