Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling
We use it to schedule calls among parties of 2+. We also use it for client meetings/calls when we have larger parties or team members are on the road.
- Keeps track of time zones well.
- Easy to schedule a lot of calls.
- UX not ideal.
- Customer service is not always very responsive or helpful.
- Haven't had to switch vendors or research new vendors.
- Clients find it easy to use.
Poor customer support. Don't seem to understand the issue very easily/quickly.
