Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex DX80

Cisco Webex DX80 is being used by multiple departments within the organization to facilitate both internal collaboration and meetings as well as external customer/partner-facing meetings and communication. It has been invaluable during the pandemic to keep our teams connected and deliver an "n-person-like experience when communicating with others.

  • Can be a desk or hard phone replacement
  • Resyncing service connectivity without the need to reboot the device
  • Great return on investment in enabling a remote-first workforce
A huge upgrade from the built-in cameras/microphones/speakers on our laptops for sure. When the network/bandwidth is there to support it, the quality of the conversation is just about indistinguishable from a real-time conversation. Paired with the backend Webex Meetings service platform, it's the most seamless meetings experience on the market.
Support is as simple as reaching out to TAC and getting the help needed. The diagnostic information provided on the device is pretty thorough and extended logging and details are pretty easy to arrange within the device's menu.
Extremely easy to use. When paired with a dock or PC that is able to drive multiple monitors, it becomes a great device to double as a meetings devices as well as an additional monitor to drive productivity.

Perfect for the remote home office/teleworker who needs to collaborate internally and externally and perhaps doesn't want an additional phone on their desk. Well suited for people who are on meetings a lot and want to have something similar to a face-to-face with a high-quality and streamlined experience.
