Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Cisco Webex Meetings is being used when we have calls with customers such as Cisco, AT&T, Verizon, etc. They send us the invite for the meeting and we accept it. We log into it and we have a call with our customer. Meetings will last 1 hour approximately and someone usually shares their screen.
- Share screen easily
- Simple user interface
- Share documents with ease
- Price is high
- Supports Chrome, but will ask you to use Internet Explorer
- Improved communications
- Quick and easy to share information
- Less travel to meet with other team members
- Record meetings for the future
I never had to call their support as I never faced any issues with Webex Meetings. If we did have an issue, our department would never have to call their support as our IT would handle it.
This software is used by every user in the company when we have a meeting or a call with Cisco Webex Meetings users. Mostly commercial departments use it, but provisioning team and support team also use it in case it's needed.
- Outlook
I'm not in a position where I would know if the integration was easy or not to achieve.
I know of the existence of Cisco Meraki Go, but I have never used it and not planning to. Cisco Webex Meetings is working just fine for me.
