Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
If you need a great meeting tool to move your meetings from real-life to online, Webex can deliver. Webex has been promising and delivering quality for years, constantly updating the software to get better over the years. Nowadays, the mobile version has been a big improvement as more and more of our users tend to use mobile devices like tablets and mobile phones.
- Mobile version is great
- User interface is very user-friendly even for the beginners.
- Stability of meetings
- Host control lacks some features.
- Integration might not be an easy task.
- Sometimes sound quality is not the best
- This has improved our initiative of letting people work from home a lot
- Managing a large meeting without any issues is great
Everything we have ever reported to the Webex Support Team was resolved very quickly and professionally so we are happy with the current support level
We are using it company-wide which is around 700 users at the time from more than 40 cities.

We have attempted to integrate it with MS Outlook to be able to create meetings from it, however, we failed due to unclear instructions.

The implementation workout out really well as it integrated with our current solutions very easily. As most of the people are still in work from anywhere mode, Webex tools are making our communication much more effective and give us a feeling that we all work at the same building basically.
Of course the managers should adjust to be able to do the performance measure of the employees as the standard KPI doesnt work anymore. However Webex helps us with the best communication not only in 1-2-1 performace meetings but also the larger company wide meetings where different access levels can be granted.
By letting employees to work from home or office and seamlessly transfer work from one place to another has been a game changer for the organization as the employee satisfaction survey shows that nobody wants to be in the office for a full working time anymore. Hence the Cisco's solutions have helped to manage access and communication to the company data and the colleagues.
Increased efficiency and effectivess as you don't have to spend time on daily commute to and from the office. It has really improved work and personal life balance which brings overall employee satisfaction to much higher level. Cisco's high quality products that are stable, fast and reliable just helps to improve employee engagement level.
Just in comparison with the competitors, we found out, that the stability is on a different level. We have not had any issues with the sound, video or data transfer since the beginning. Everything works smooth and we all know how annoying is not to hear what the other party is saying in the meeting.
Cisco Webex Experience
Cisco Webex has been a great tool for our company for a very long time. Even though there are many competitors over there in a market, Cisco has shown a great stability over the time which is the main thing in any communication tool and brought a lot of very useful features to the tool.
We have not thought of changing this tool as the personalization that we have is great and lets us feel this tool as it was created by our internal team just for us.
We have not implemented other tools yet, however we are thinking to bring in Cisco webex training, as we need to train couple of thousands or our agents and partners and this would be a great addition to our infrastructure, as we have seen a trial version of it and it seems to be really impressive with a huge amount of useful features, like break out rooms, whiteboard etc.
Security is probably one of the strongest part of the tool. As we all know competitors that has grown very quickly over last months due to covid impact had a huge issues with security and our security managers has never allowed to use them as enterprise tool. However Cisco is top of the line product with a security in mind!
