Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We utilize it as a trusted source for web conferencing when dealing with external agencies.

We have our own in-house solution for inter-business unit needs, however when dealing with external partners, Cisco Webex is the go-to.

Never had to deal with Cisco support for Webex, it has always worked.

When dealing with business units where the risk of sensitive data leakage is of concern, in addition to being able to work with existing firewall rules, not requiring some crazy new ports or protocols to work.

Cisco Hybrid Work

We have completed our implementation of a hybrid work solution and we have found it to be flexible. There are some guidelines like distance limits, SLA's around staff if they are needed onsite.
Flexibility was key
Scalable was a factor
Adaptability we the biggest hurdle for the organization as we need to be more agile when it comes to how staff can get the work done.
Collaboration was the largest, availability of staff when needed was the second and ultimately working with the end users home internet connection and not requiring them to have a enterprise class connection to the internet.
Implementation of supporting solutions like Zero Trust and ensuring patching and updates were being completed.
The flexibility of the solution, the ease of installation on varying corporate and home users workstations allows the organization to adapt without forcing staff to forklift their home environment.
Staff can move from home, to vehicle to office and maintain their ability to be part of a meeting or conversation without the loss or disruption that a typical phone call would cause.
better collaboration, effective communication and the ability to maintain the sense of in office without being in the office.
the flexibility of the products and the ease of installation and updating the software has had a huge positive influence. several other solutions required significant time to update, upgrade or even rip out and reinstall.
These were not challenges with Cisco Webex.
