Cisco Webex is used in 2-way audio and video meetings with other companies to extend our collaboration. We use Cisco Webex Meetings across the whole organisation to allow every user to benefit of the power of Webex.
Cisco Webex Meetings resolve the problem of computer compatibility and network problem, no need to be admin of the computer to execute it!

- Screen sharing is very simple and allows you to make annotation on it.
- You can do a meeting up to 1000 people.
- You can join audio from your laptop or by PSTN on every country.
- Audio connection can still be hard for some users.
- HTML5 connection is better and better but needs more features.
- Possibility to mute everybody at start.
- Multiple plans available to match company size.
- Plans are very affordable.
- You can subscribe in 3 days.

We are fully integrated with Cisco Webex Meetings across TMS-XE or Hybrid services in the cloud with O365.

We are also using Microsoft Teams but it's absolutely not open with other companies. You can't join the conference with a video system and you need to use a third-party company connector (BlueJeans, Pexip or Poly).
