Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
Two year ago, we started work with Webex, but users couldn't use this tool because my users did not have the culture of using video conferencing. With the events of Covid-19, users realized that it is a platform that they can discuss quickly and easily and started using Webex. Currently, Webex is used on average between 18-22 hours a day and is gradually increasing. Users have now started to use different features such as recording and webinar.
- Secure.
- Ease of use.
- Features are enough.
- Design is not good.
- Hard for dummy users.
- Voice quality very poor.
- Lower travelling budget.
- Quick meetings.
- Using time efficiently.
The support page is very good, you can open the case easily, you can follow your support status. You can reach the manager of support engineer. You can escalate using BOT. On the support side, you will never have problems. Response times and resolution times are usually less than 48 hours.
Webex is used by the IT department most often. The IT department uses not only for video conferencing but also for support. It is also used by top management. Especially since we are a multinational company, there are a lot of video conference calls with abroad. The finance and purchasing department recently started using it to negotiate with their suppliers via video conferencing.
- Office 365
- Zoom
I think Cisco should take Zoom as an example. If I hadn't bought Cisco Webex, I would have thought of getting Zoom. I think Cisco is safer than Zoom, but Zoom looks more user friendly.
