We have been using Cisco Webex Meetings across the organization for daily meetings with internal departments and clients.
- User friendly while joining or starting the Webex meetings
- We can interact with anyone at anytime to finish the project work quickly
- Option to record the session
- Ability to share presentations, documents and applications while on the Webex meetings
- The newer update separates the Webex Meetings app and Webex productivity for Outlook. Would like both be get updated in a single application
- Need some improvements on the VoIP audio call quality as it is poor especially when on low bandwidth
- If it can send the attendee report after the meeting to host like the recordings would be better
- Need improvements for Application sharing as it lagging when switching to other applications
- It improves the productivity and decreases the travel costs and time.
- Integrated Teleconferencing Services were the cost-effective audio conferencing option.
- No negative impacts.
The vendor responds on time and provides excellent support as always.
We have around 60,000 users using Cisco WebEx Meetings across the organization.
- Cisco Telepresence Video units were integrated.
- Cisco Jabber IM integrated and it will notify me for the meetings.
- Microsoft Outlook with Cisco WebEx Meetings App to schedule Webex meetings
Webex Meeting application interaction with Microsoft Outlook was difficult as it has to send, accept the invite, and forward it to attendees through Outlook.

Yes - Yes, we were used BT Meet me for the conferencing purpose with our organization and replaced with Cisco WebEx meetings now.
