Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings
I started using the personal one when my company wasn't interested in Webex because of the pricing. Since we negotiated our new maintenance contracts, we were able to slip some money in to purchase some licenses. We have just begun implementing it internally with our organization. We had been using on-prem Skype but we received too many complaints about choppy calls and not being able to share documents. I have had no issues with my personal Webex account and championed it for purchase by the company.

- After permission is given for keyboard/mouse control stop showing who's controlling
- Easier way to install player on other people's systems
- My personal one is priceless. I don't mind paying the monthly fee for it. It pays for itself with the ease of use.
- My organization just started using it so it's hard to say right now but the feedback is positive so far.
I have never had to contact support. The product has always worked well for me. I can only say that Cisco support is usually pretty good but once in a while you get that support person who just doesn't understand.
Currently, we have about 40 licenses to start. Once we see how this works internally and how frequently they are used, that will determine the next steps. We are rolling it out to our IT, Business, and Finance teams.

Was very easy to integrate. For Office, it took a single restart of Office. Webex Teams picked it up immediately.
Webex is the best online collaboration tool I've used. No others stand up to it. I have tried Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting. They all had some many issues and quirks that it made it difficult to use. Webex is very user-friendly and anyone can understand how to use it within minutes.
