Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We are using Webex to do meetings with our B2B clients. Also, we used to do remote support sessions with them. That reduces the cost of going to the client's office and makes us a more productive sales force.

  • Reduce the back soon.
  • Noise cancelling would be a nice feature.
  • Improve the way a person can join a meeting with cameras.
  • Reduced the cost of moving sales to the client's office.
  • Improved spending by coworkers as it reduces the cost of moving between locations.

It is not used in the whole company, just business to business.

Webex is well suited in work meetings to help you share files easily and present your desktop easily. Also, allows you to add your screen to the drive in order to explain or give more details.
