Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

I'm using Cisco Webex Meetings almost daily for meetings with colleagues and customers. I and all my colleagues have our own meeting rooms, so we can host our own meetings if necessary. I even hold training sessions for colleagues via Cisco Webex Meetings.

The reason, except for COVID reasons, I use Cisco Webex Meetings so much is that I work from home. It takes me over 2 hours to drive to the closest office, and Cisco Webex Meetings is really useful for me to partake in all kinds of internal meetings.
  • During troubleshooting sessions, I'm able to take control of remote computers to help and show customers how to do resolve certain issues.
  • Record meetings to be able to share for colleagues that weren't able to attend
  • Hide my messy backdrop in my home office
  • Sound quality during meetings when I'm in a location where there is a lot of background noise
In my opinion, Cisco Webex Meetings is the best among all the meetings apps I've tried.
Easy to use, and very intuitive
In troubleshooting calls or meetings I'm able to take control of remote computers to show how to do some things and troubleshoot issues on the customer equipment. The TAC engineers are able to control my computer when we are troubleshooting issues I can't solve without their help.

I'm hosting training sessions for colleagues in Python and Webex is perfect for this. I can share what we are using for sharing code examples or showing how a feature works. I can even share videos via Cisco Webex Meetings

Cisco Webex Experience

We are able to hold our company-wide meetings even though we are not physically able to meet due to long travel times. We are using Cisco Webex Teams to deliver Python training to colleagues even though there are still some restrictions and we are spread out over most of our country.
At our offices, we are using the Cisco Video systems and the Cisco Proximity app to easier to use for sharing content during Webex meetings.
Security is one of the most important things, and Cisco Webex Meetings is fulfilling our needs very well.
Interoperability is good, but sometimes hard to find how to set up.
