Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We are using Cisco Webex Meetings as a standard platform across the whole organization for business meetings, presentations, content sharing, training, and other activities. It's a great tool, especially right now. It helps us to transform our business online and enable audio and video communications to our users.

Pros

  • Our users love the latest features like virtual or blurred background in calls
  • Very quick, easy and intuitive join experience.
  • Desktop and presentation sharing.
  • Animated in-meeting reactions with Gesture Control - it's really cool!

Cons

  • Bandwidth utilization.
  • Audio jitter.
  • Latency.
  • Tangible savings on T&E.
  • Enabling communication and integration for remote workers.
  • Integration with Cisco Telepresence devices if needed.

Having the right tools to be effective at work, feeling less connected to the organization's culture, impaired collaboration and relationships, and disrupted work processes. Hybrid work is creating a need for better coordination of resources, both at home and on-site.
The main benefit for me is that Teams is part of the Office 365 ecosystem, so many of its features revolve around document collaboration.

Cisco Webex Meetings availability is great despite some issues with PSTN calls which were fixed very quickly.
Webex Meetings is a great tool and immensely useful for online meetings and presentations. It's easy to use and it's allowing our business to reduce travels and costs. It is well suited for the small group of people and for the big teams as well or you could organize the big conference with your partners or government organizations.

We are using Cisco Webex Meetings service together with Cisco Webex Training and Cisco Webex Events. It helps our organization to connect with people anytime, anywhere and differentiate them by demand and business purpose.
Cisco Webex Meetings provide us with great meeting security. You could use different features to protect your meeting like "lock the meeting," password protection and single sign-on integration.
