Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

It helps facilitate daily support operations, the screen sharing + file sharing & screen control features comes extremely useful in day to day support operation, also in company teams meeting using video conference, in addition to the screen annotation feature which is also very handy.
Also outlook integration feature is very useful to get calendar notifications just before the online meeting.

Do you think Webex Meetings delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Webex Meetings's feature set?

Yes

Did Webex Meetings live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Webex Meetings go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Webex Meetings again?

Yes

Most of the time Cisco Webex Meetings is available, the times are rare when I remember we had a problem with Cloud Webex, it's always considered the backup conferencing solution if any other on-prime solution not available.
From the end user prospective cloud scalability is not usually something that can be easily measured however I didn't hear of any of my users and myself included having any issues with maximum number of Webex participants.
I may notice some Webex performance issues now and then but after some time I noticed it's always related to our daily applications delay or miss function problems which probably would be due to PC's CPU and RAM resources consumed or internet speed or connectivity problems which affects Webex like any other application but I don't think it's something with the platform itself.
Most used scenarios:
  • Technical support sessions.
  • Team meetings.
  • Scheduled meetings.
  • On the go remote sessions.
Less used scenarios:
  • Audio-only conference calls.

Cisco Webex Experience

There's no doubt that Cisco Webex Meetings has a lot of built-in useful features (sometimes user blind) that help streamline the every day's meetings like (although haven't used it for quit sometime because of the meeting recording feature) saving meeting chats and background noise detection.
Cisco Meeting Server, an on-prime solution that has Webex similar functionalities although not exactly the same but they have similar features, and also the ability to integrate Cisco Meeting Server calls with Cisco Webex Meetings is very handy.
Ability to lock meetings is very handy although the ability to lock scheduled meetings could be useful in some cases if added.
