Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

It is mostly used for projects where internal team needs to work with external team (vendors, like Cisco, NICE etc.)

Pros

  • Meeting recording.
  • Chat.
  • Multiple ways to connect/join.

Cons

  • The UI might be simpler.
  • The UI might be lighter.
  • Helps implement projects more quickly.
  • Easy to invite external clients.
Cisco Webex provides multiple ways to access/join meetings giving a lot of flexibility. Recording and accessing a meeting is also very simple. This is the biggest advantage of Webex. Also there are a lot of features to chat, poll, draw, record, etc. The UI might be a little bit simpler though.
Multiple ways to access via mobile, browser, phone, etc. Always had a backup solution to access if there was issue with the first choice. I can do it via phone (dial-in), via browser with or without the client installed but also via any mobile phone IOS or Android operating system. Little to improve here.
Scalability is fine, but the flexibility not that good. User interface is a bit heavy and should be modernized, especially when only simple meeting is required (voice chat) and other features are not required. Maybe some additional UI mode, like for example a simple user interface mode would make it more suitable.
It is not bad, however as stated previously the web interface is a bit heavy and might feel and look ligther. This issue is not visible by mobile. As on mobile it works better. The WEB interface however would benefit from some chage that would make it work faster and easier.
It is suited to join people across different organizations where there is a lot of content to share.

It is not the best for simple meeting where there is mostly talk (too "heavy").
