Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Meetings

We use Cisco Webex Meetings for a variety of purposes across our whole organization. It is our solution for synchronous meetings, events, and classes.

  • Increased functionality for the breakouts function
  • We had implemented Cisco Webex Meetings prior to the pandemic and we were well situated to pivot to remote teaching, learning, and working. This positively impacted our transition.
The training documentation at help.webex.com is good, but I find support challenging--time consuming, frustrating, and complicated.

I use it a lot and think it is very user friendly. I think there are some things that could be improved, particularly with helping users understand and differentiate between scheduled meetings and their personal meeting room. The way this is laid out in your account as well as the app is confusing. I'd say our users have the most difficulty understanding this distinction and how to effectively use each--why and how to choose one over the other. It seems obvious to me, but there is a lot of confusion over this at my institution.
Great for meetings under 25 but larger than that, video feeds diminish. I'd like to see some sort of advancement in events--for conferences, etc.

Cisco Webex Meetings Training

I relied heavily on the trainings provided by Cisco at https://help.webex.com/landing/onlineclasses/upcomingClass I would have been lost without these. So valuable. I still take classes even though I'm our campus webex 'expert.' The trainers do a great job and I've used a lot of their tips and tricks to train our campus users.
