Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

The new [Cisco] Webex [Room Series] devices are amazing. We recently deployed in our corporate office and have received good feedback from the users. Keep it up Cisco!
  • [It] integrates with multiple cameras and screens.
  • [It is] easy to use.
  • [I] love the automatic wake-up feature.
  • [More] third-party widgets like weather and news app (looks fancy)
  • Better interoperability with other conferencing vendors
  • The room solutions offered [by] Cisco are top-notch and bring people closer [together].
We explored Polycom devices with [Microsoft] Teams meetings before moving to Cisco [Webex Room Series]. The experience with Cisco [Webex] Room Series is certainly better. The analytics are certainly better and it integrates better with our existing Cisco on-premises servers.
Cisco [Webex Room Series] has improved the experience with these devices and I love the fact that they can be registered with the call manager and can still use the cloud features introduced through the device connector.

The video quality and experience are far better than the similar products offered by other vendors. The documentation can certainly improve, but, currently, I don't have any scenarios where it's less appropriate.
