Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

Our company uses the [Cisco Webex] Room [Series] Kit devices to conduct meetings with federal regulators and our home office in Japan. It is also heavily used by our Latin and South American users. It allows us to collaborate and share content seamlessly with the single press of a button.

Support is good as long as you don't let your smartnet service agreements lapse.
Extremely simple UI that can be reduced to a single press of a join button when completely integrated.

These devices work well in almost all conference room scenarios. The Mini in small huddles, the Room Kit in small rooms, The Room Kit Plus in medium to large rooms, and the Pro in large and training spaces. The only instance where the devices seem to lack is if you are using them in a divisible space. [Then,] you may need to incorporate a third-party control system as well.
