Webex Room Kits provide the premier video collaboration experience. With 4K video, table and ceiling mics available, and high-quality speakers, there is no better system for everything from small huddle spaces to boardrooms to training room and small auditoriums. Content can be easily shared wirelessly using the Webex App for presentations and webinars. Using the state-of-the-art digital zoom and direction audio sensing technology, Speaker Track focuses on the person in the room that is currently speaking for a more personal interaction experience. With seamless integration into Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams Meetings, current support for WebRTC with Zoom and Google Meet, and integration with Zoom on the roadmap Cisco Room Kits will join meetings on any platform for the best quality audio/video experience.

The Webex Room Kit is without a doubt a much higher quality experience with audio and video. Especially with the recent enablement of USB passthrough mode in certain models, there is almost no comparison. Cisco has committed to the Room Kit being an open solution that will work in any use case on any platform. To get the best collaboration room experience there is no better choice.
I have never had to contact support for this product.
With the recent updates to Microsoft Teams interoperability, commitments to enabling more features over WebRTC for better Zoom and Google Meet interoperability, and the enablement of USB Passthrough mode on select models there isn't really any situation where you can't use a Webex Room Kit. Paired with the Touch 10 control panel and the Webex App, the device is also incredibly easy to use.

If there is a collaboration space, there is a Room Kit solution that is appropriate. From the Room Kit Phone that is conference table sized and enables audio-only screen sharing capabilities on an existing display to the Room Kit Pro with multiple ceiling mics and the Presenter Camera for the back of the room, there isn't a better picture or clearer audio.
