Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series
Being a contract engineering company with clients and business partners across the globe, we use Cisco Webex Room Series to host video and audio conferences. We do not have this in every conference room, but we do have it in some of the rooms and it makes it easier to have video calls. Whereas with a laptop camera you would not be able to show the whole room and use the laptop at the same time, this is a standalone that captures everyone in the room.

- It is easy to share documents during a meeting.
- You don't have to set anything extra up past initial setup.
- Cost may hold many smaller organizations back.
- We are able to talk through documents in real time with our clients and partners worldwide which saves the cost of travel.
There are less expensive solutions that don't require any special equipment. If a company only needs teleconferencing or to share documents on screen but does not need video, one of these alternatives may work better. Even WebEx offers an alternative where you don't need any equipment aside from your computer.
