Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Cisco Webex Teams is used in testing mode between a few users. If the testing ends with a good review, I hope Webex Teams will be used across the whole organization for full use like instant messaging, calling and collaboration on documents. For the next step is using chatbots for internal use to help our employees and next chatbots for external use on internet public sites to help our clients.

Cisco Jabber is not ideal for co-working with other companies, there is more settings for administrators to set communication with another. Skype for Business is in fact out of date. Microsoft intesively migrate users of Skype for Business online to Microsoft Teams and on-premise users have choise to migrate or use another product. Webex Teams has more functions, more intuitive using and works on all devices we need.

Yes - The mobile interface has view and work like the desktop interface. The proximity is very interesting and addictive. It works same as on notebook, but the mobile phone is no need to take out from bag like notebook and the system say you, that you have a meeting and if the system is to start it. Just great.
