Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)

When I have meetings and video calls with other people in different departments of the university we use Webex because its an easy way to talk about projects and ask if people have questions. We have different faculties around the country and we need to be in communication with them to manage the projects.

I never have problems with Webex. When I used it for the first time I didn't know how to use it. I searched for some official videos from Cisco and they helped me understand everything more easily. I think if I had some problem with the platform, the support out there would be very helpful.
Every person on the university account can use it. Some of the people are students and teachers who have been helping with the projects. The numbers of users are low but it's helpful for everyone.
It's more suitable for business meetings because it's a formal platform, very easy to use, and stable. When you need to share the screen it's very easy because you can select if you want all of the screen or only a specific window. You can also use a digital pen on the screen to paint or add something.
