Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)

Webex Teams is the tool that we are using to collaborate between the employees of the company and the customers. One of the biggest benefits that I see is that you can use it on any device like computers, laptops, and mobile devices, no matter where you are. Webex Teams has an easy to use video endpoint and now with Webex calling, you may do calls with your users on-premise and to PSTN.

The problem that I see is when you try to interact with Microsoft Teams because the calls between endpoints are not transparent.

  • Integration with other trades/products
  • Calls to the PSTN using CUCM in the enterprise
  • You can use it everywhere and reduce travel expenses.
The support is very helpful. In my case, sometimes I need to ask how we can explain things to the end-user like the adoption of the product with the mobile phone application. Sometimes it is slow, but the principal problem is that the phone data is sometimes slow.
Right now, we are installing Webex Teams applications in laptops and mobile phones. With the plugins in different applications, the end-users are happy because it helps them to easily use it with just with one click.
  • We are starting test with CUCM on premise.
  • We are testing with SfB.
  • With Webex calling.
I think the integration should be easier and we need clear information to do it. Sometimes it is difficult to follow the logic in Cisco guides.
We selected Webex Teams because all systems that we have are Cisco and we are comfortable with the support and ease of use of the tool.
You may want to use Webex Teams when you want to interact with the customers because you can dial and then share content in an easy way. With Webex Teams, you can be more collaborative in meetings with customers.
