Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Teams

At this time, we are currently using Cisco Webex Teams in a limited scope. Our IT department is currently using it internally, and to some extent, external. We are using Cisco Webex Teams in order for our staff to communicate and share files. Some users are taking advantage of the built-in Webex functionality.

I work with a consulting VAR and haven't had the need to contact Cisco TAC.
We've had limited use at our agency. We only have our IT department using Cisco Webex Teams.
Through Webex Meetings, we can join directly through Webex Teams. Integrating with Webex Meetings is simple.
We're currently in the evaluation process of Microsoft Teams. We haven't been at the point of making a decision.
When it comes to using the software, WebEx Teams overall appearance and customizable interface really helps give it's users the power to modify and shape it to individual needs. I like that you can set Dark or Light modes. I like that it has GIF functionality built in. So while it is under the Cisco product umbrella, the features that it provides make it feel as if you can use it beyond.
If you are deeply entrenched with Cisco telephony products such as Call Manager and are in need of a product that integrates well, this is a product that fills that void. You're able to have IM&P, file sharing, and conferencing all in one product.
