Cision Communications Cloud is being used within our marketing area to monitor press and social mentions across our entire US group of companies. This also helps us manage our reputation through real-time alerts. Our subject matter experts also use it to keep up on industry topics via daily email alerts.

- The contact database is a little challenging to use and better connectivity to the rest of the tool.
- Allows use to measure KPIs related to our campaigns.
Cision Communications Cloud is so much easier to use and the customer support is amazing. Meltwater is all about sales and not much about service.
