Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We primarily use Cision Communications Cloud to look up media contacts, build media lists, and send out email announcements.
  • Media contacts
  • Email distribution
  • Tracking campaigns
  • For new users, the learning curve is a bit daunting.
  • It's not the most user-friendly platform.
  • [The] price [could use some improvement]!
  • Unfortunately, after many years, we will not be renewing our contract due to the high cost.
  • [I feel] other media platforms are offering similar solutions at much lower price points.
Cision [Communications Cloud] is a familiar platform that works well. Unfortunately, [in my experience], they do not offer the same cost alternatives as Prowly, for example.

I've used Cision since they first came online (and before that Bacon's)!! I love the platform and I'm very familiar with it, but [I feel] it is hard to teach new team members how to best use it. [In my experience], it is also a very expensive platform to use.
