Overall Satisfaction with Citrix Podio
Podio is currently being used to collaborate with developers on our BigCommerce website. We are only using it for the website portion of the business and specifically for development. It has facilitated the communication between our internal team and our external development team. We don't need to coordinate phone calls, we can just chat within the software.
- Facilitates communication.
- Organizes projects.
- The user interface feels dated and is not user-friendly.
- Without Podio, we would not have completed the updates to our website so quickly.
- Podio is a useful platform, but can only perform as well as the people who use it.
I only listed Slack because it is similar in that you can coordinate with external and internal teams. You can share files and chat with other individuals. Slack is severely lacking compared to Podio though. Podio has the capabilities to track tasks, finances, projects, individuals. Compared to Slack, Podio is a beast.
I am neutral, as I have not experienced support for Podio. We have not had any issues, so interaction with support has not been needed.
