Overall Satisfaction with Citrix ShareFile

Citrix ShareFile is being used to share files externally as a safe way to share data. It is used across the whole organization. It provides increased security over sharing files via email. It is easy to create privacy settings to ensure only the intended audience is able to retrieve the files uploaded.

  • Would be nice to view documents within an internet browser.
  • Administrative rights are sometimes hard to set quickly.
  • Increased efficiency
  • Better customer service
  • Easier access to new and old shared files
I have not used any other alternatives and Citrix ShareFile was in place before I joined the organization at which I use the program.
As my decision clout is solely based on Citrix ShareFile's functionalities, I have no reason to want to switch and not renew. I do not deal with pricing or alternative benchmarking.
I believe Citrix ShareFile is well suited for organizations that have a lot of files that need to be sent externally. Utilizing ShareFile shows you care about the integrity and security of clients' files. There would be more appropriate options than Citrix ShareFile for internal file sharing. The process is too long for internal document sharing.
