Overall Satisfaction with Clari

Today, we use the product to track pipeline for each individual salesperson and to forecast the business on a monthly and quarterly basis. It's a pretty straightforward use case for anyone that has ever been in tech sales.
  • Tracks deals in pipeline
  • Connects to Salesforce for ease of use
  • Forecasts the business on an interval the organization wants / needs
  • Improved user interface. It's not very intuitive.
  • Send email/text reminders to complete actions.
  • Knowledge base is good, but kick-off training would be helpful.
  • It has streamlined the pipeline review process tremendously.
  • Streamlining brings more productive use of time in other areas.
  • Moving away from Excel updates is the biggest advantage. Excel for this is a nightmare.
Clari is heads and tails above Microsoft Excel when it comes to forecasting and tracking the numbers for both sales and management. It's not even close.

For anyone in sales, this is a pretty indispensible tool. If you are serious about tracking the deals in your pipeline and having a central area of engagement between management and sales, this is the place to track and discuss the forecast. It's probably not as well rounded for pipeline progression discussions, Salesforce is still probably better for this.
