Overall Satisfaction with Clari

We have a big issue letting our number truly dictate what our forecast actually means. Clari addresses several business problems, including lack of visibility into the sales pipeline, inability to forecast accurately, and inefficiency in managing customer communications. By providing real-time data and analytics, Clari can help sales teams identify where they are in the sales process and identify potential roadblocks, which can help them close more deals and increase revenue. Clari lets us see exactly what is happening with each and every single deal giving us a better chance to forecast correctly.

  • Visuals can sometimes be a bit much with all the graphs and bubbles and whatnot.
  • Nothing more really as the tool is amazing and knows exactly where you are with your deals.
  • Visibility - higher closing rates
  • Better alignment with Leadership - knowing exactly where to help/add value
  • It does require a bit of training to optimize the usage. Multiple pieces of training internally and with the Clari CS team
I have not used other forecasting tools other than the built-in functions in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach. I think that the benefit of Clari against these other tools that almost any Sales organization has is that their whole focus is on forecasting and visibility into your pipeline. This makes it much simpler to gather insight and implement the best practices.

Clari helps us to automate administrative tasks such as email tracking, meeting scheduling, and follow-up allowing us to focus on higher-value activities, such as closing deals. It also helps managers to monitor the performance of their team and identify areas for improvement, which can help them to optimize their sales strategy and increase their revenue as integration with Salesforce is key to us optimizing this tool. Nothing to complain about here the tool overall is amazing.
