Overall Satisfaction with Clari

Clari helps in improving the sales revenue processes. It's very efficient and a very vital tools for all the Sales folks.It really helps to check the process, align buyers and sellers, calculate the risk and opportunity in the pipeline.

  • Mobile app can be improved
  • The filters ca also be more enhanced
  • Since we use Salesforce which is integrated with Clari so it makes a little bit difficult to get the update on Clari as soon as it gets updated on SDFC
  • Keeps the pipeline of the sales up to date
  • Gives 360 view of the sales funnel/deals
The integration with Salesforce gave it an added advantage since we have SF as the CRM, it very well integrates with Clari and all the manual tasks gets eliminated .

Clari is best suited for revenue prediction, revenue goals and the metrics helps identify and track the forecast.Since we integrated with Salesforce there still seems to be a glitch eg: when updating a field within Clari like stage or funnel, it doesn't show up out and I have to update the same field in SFDC instead, so there's double work
