Overall Satisfaction with Clarizen

  • Clarizen is by far an excellent tool for communication in highly virtualized organizations.
  • Clarizen is very intuitive, easy to learn, and fun.
  • Clarizen's support staff is by far the best I have worked with.
  • Clarizen is ever evolving towards excellence.
  • Takes a while for users to acclimate to the GUI.
  • Clarizen is a web only product.
  • No option for a self hosted version.

Clarizen is an excellent project management tool. I have deployed Clarizen with 2 companies, and received positive feedback from management. This is a must have for small to medium businesses.
Clarizen is perfect for PMOs who are looking to launch a simple solution with immediate ROI. I do not recommend Clarizen for larger Enterprises.
