Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide

It's used by the Sales and Business Development Reps. We use Clearslide to send/track marketing materials/proposals/contracts sent to prospects/clients. It's a brilliant tool that allows you to prioritize leads (who is opening and when), and confirm receipt/viewing of important documents.
  • I like that the contact who was our Salesperson is also our Account Manager whenever we do have a question/concern.
  • Integration to SalesForce is critical.
  • Overall technology - that you can see the actual viewing your contact is doing - which pages of the proposal, for how long, etc.
  • I wish you could send email blasts that are trackable but without the "sent by clearslide" at the bottom - looks spammy to me and I always want my email comms to look personal so this is one functionality I do not use.
  • Faster lead conversation
  • Greater customer/lead insight
I would now feel COMPLETELY in the dark if I sent out material to prospects/clients and wouldn't have a clue if they opened/read/trashed it.
The only thing that's been a little tricky is Client Services timing (Clearslide is based in CA and I am in the Middle East so if/when I've ever had an issue, the resolution/troubleshooting has been a bit laboured).
