Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide
It was being used across the company sales teams. It helped to make sure that our clients were thoroughly reading their proposals that we sent them via email, and we could see which pages were most closely scrutinized. This allowed us to address their concerns right away without having to probe too deeply.
- Letting you know how long someone views a page - this is super helpful when figuring out their concerns!
- Letting you know if the proposal has been opened - helps because you don't have to wait and wonder if they have seen the proposal.
- The live walkthrough is really helpful so you can point things out while reviewing the proposal with your client.
- I wish it applied to more than just documents, like when an email is opened
- Sometimes it can give "false positives" where you think it's been opened but it hasn't. It doesn't happen often, but it happens every now and then.
- I have seen more engaged clients, which turns into better conversations, which in turn means more closes.
I like SalesLoft and Yesware's ability to alert me when an email is opened, however, they can't say how long someone looks at any attachments. This gives ClearSlide the step up in that category. SalesLoft also has very shoddy reporting and can't differentiate between an open and a forwarded email. ClearSlide had better reporting mechanisms.
