Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp to manage all the creative freelancers that I outsource my client projects to. These are freelancers that I work with on a weekly/monthly basis, so they basically make up part of my "team." It's made my communication with each freelancer working on their respective projects far easier to manage.
- It's very Innovative; they're coming up with new functions almost weekly.
- It's the best project management tool that I've used.
- Initially, I was quite overwhelmed by ClickUp. There were almost too many features.
- The UI needs some improvement.
- It's increased team productivity.
- Improved overall communication between myself and the freelancers I'm working with.
Trello is well suited for personal lists and to-dos, but for teams, it's too inflexible. The fact that you can only view boards, and one board at a time, is the most frustrating part. Whereas with ClickUp, you can view all tasks in one view, across all business units if you need to. It's so much more effective!
I could not rave more about ClickUp's customer support, and it seems to be that their foremost priority is to give their customers exactly what we need. Their feature requests page makes it easy to let them know where they can make updates to their software. Not to mention that they're constantly providing new, innovative products based on the customers' user-experience.
