Pros and Cons

Extensive customization of virtual workplace

[In my experience] poor general reliability of software
Response to work-crippling bugs [I feel is] slow at best
[In my opinion] lies about status of current issues with software
[I feel] is more concerned with expanding features than fixing what's broken

Return on Investment

I [feel like I] now spend more time fixing our people's issues when using ClickUp than what I'm supposed to be doing.
Work is delayed due to bugs that disrupt workflows in major ways.
It's cheap.

[I would] not use this service, [I feel] we are stuck here due to its low cost and the amount of effort it took to move everything here before we realized it was a mistake. I do not believe the current leadership will make this a viable product.
