Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to manage projects and tasks within our product development team. We also use ClickUp as an idea repository which turns into product roadmap items. Using ClickUp for both of these situations allows the team to stay focused on the tasks at hand and what projects will be up next.
  • Ability to create different views to track tasks/projects due this week, next week, etc.
  • Integration with email for notifications and integration with Slack
  • Ability to create multiple spaces or folders for simple organization
  • Ability to customize the dashboard a little more. It's good now, but I would like a little more flexibility.
  • A project manager should be able to add time for users. Currently, you can only enter time for yourself, but when doing project reviews with a developer, it would be nice to be able to enter missed time for them right there.
  • Simple interface
  • Customizable
  • Multiple view options
  • Organization of spaces and folders
  • 25% better project completion rate
  • More focus by the development team allowing for deeper work
  • Ability to see more of the day-to-day time being spent on projects
I used TeamworkPM many years ago. I remember it not being as user-friendly and not as easy to schedule projects in. Using ClickUp for the past year and a half has made me enjoy project management again. The support team is wonderful and the annual LevelUp event they have shows they care about their users.

I personally really like ClickUp. It can be set up to different project management styles, such as Agile. You can work in sprints and other scenarios. I feel it's a very versatile software platform that allows for lots of customization for different organization types. We even use it for product support cases that come in through our CMSs.
