Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We're mostly using it to manage SOPs and project management.

  • Personalized onboarding templates based on use cases (they do this very well, just more templates would be nice!)
  • Team collaboration via task management.
  • SOP migration from Drive docs to ClickUp.
  • Alternative to Asana due to price point of a large team.
  • Our day to day productivity has increased 5x.
  • We've been able to build out SOPs faster and gauge client progress more efficiently which helps retain clients longer.
  • Asana, monday.com, Trello and Plutio
For the first few years, ClickUp was a bit green and all over the place. It was a bit of a mess at first but now they've really finessed their process, UI and UX and it looks great. The biggest solution they provided was a better price point with larger solutions for feature sets.

Since it literally does everything it's kind of hard to argue with its effectiveness and scenarios where it has use cases.
