Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use it to manage our clients and their tasks. We have recurring tasks happening every week and it's very useful. Also, it's very important to keep an eye on all the tasks and their assignees to be sure they are done and completed. After looking and trying for a client management app, we chose ClickUp for all its features.

  • Time and effort saving, as you can explain, assign, and define all the workload in one place.
Without a doubt, I'll say managing projects! I tried many apps and platforms before using ClickUp, and no one has all the features needed to complete our requests. Calendar, tasks management, assignments, project management, share documents, do team brainstorming, and show the tracking of the projects. In our case, it has improved a lot; If I don't open ClickUp, I'm completely lost!
The integration between Google Calendar and Drive has helped a lot on the daily basis. We keep working on finding ways to simplify even more the processes, but I think that the integrations have helped a lot to do it.
Asana is a more simple tool. I used it before discovering ClickUp, and as I said before, ClickUp offers me much more integrations, a friendly UX experience and also is very simple to use for my team.

I have a colleague who uses ClickUp to connect with his clients and show them the status of their projects, personally, we don't use it like that at Waterlemon Studio, but I think it's a great option in order to keep the client up to date and informed. In our case, I think it's the best match between a tasks manager platform + reminder calendar. It also has a lot of integrations with other apps.
