Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We are a software tech company that has various ventures under our umbrella. Each venture has its own digital product that continuously evolving by our development team. All development and design processes are planned on ClickUp. We are using CU to open tasks, and assignments, track, report, and analyze. In short, all planning is done via ClickUp.
  • Creating forms in CU is excellent feature.
  • Connecting all team members in one place that seems smooth.
  • Not boring Ui + UX is priceless when you think others, I mean Jira, Trello etc.
  • As a designer, I desperately need a “Zeplin" integration. If you can, it will be awesome!
  • Also instant "Google Meet" feature which can be trigger in a task is a need.
  • Why do we have to use Slack to chat? You may add chat board under Pulse.
  • Remote working culture has become indispensable with the pandemic. The service provided by CU for my team's business planning, tracking, and communication has added 110% value.
  • ClickUP is perhaps as valuable as a staff I will employ with a salary of at least $2000.
  • Speed is a relative concept, but efficiency can be measured, and there is at least a 60% productivity increase thanks to the CU.
In software development companies like ours, communication and follow-up are almost everything. ClickUp is the new Starbucks for product managers, software teams, design departments, and senior management. And without coffee. CU is now a colleague of ours. He/She is the colleague that no one has ever seen but whom everyone knows the most.
Man makes mistakes. There is no room for such mistakes in these decades when we try to turn life into code at every point. ClickUp has minimized the possibility of human error and continues to do so. Simplifying productivity is only possible with methodology. ClickUp is the productized version of the methodological approach. A person who tells one by one what to do? No need! Because people look for a place to resist. As an interface that pacifies this resistance, ClickUp is the required calming effect.
I've used Jira and Trello before. The Jira was an "old-fashioned" product that promised to do a lot but failed to show how to do it. No need to talk about Trello; it's a complete failure! I got to know ClickUp in this company. Good to know, it's the best you've ever used.

Do you think ClickUp delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with ClickUp's feature set?

Yes

Did ClickUp live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of ClickUp go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy ClickUp again?

Yes

As a professional, I have worked in teams that produce digital projects for about 20 years. I was always uncomfortable with the boring engineer-designed interfaces and user experiences of platforms such as Jira and Trello that I had used before. ClickUp taught the industry the importance of the "human factor." It became the best example of using the constructive and beneficial power of design. It proved how easy to use complex systems.
