Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to track our software development projects in-house; managing multiple projects and teams makes things easier for me, this is one of the best tools I have used so far for handling my scrum and modern agile projects.

  • Performance sometimes it goes very slow.

A clear picture of all the different programs and portfolios in one single place.
We were able to integrate our delivery pipeline in circle CI and ClickUp along with Slack integration.

ClickUp is really great for handling multiple projects setting up sprints, and tracking status. Perfectly suited for small and medium size backlogs. When it comes to extensive backlogs, ClickUp could become a little bit slow.

Using ClickUp

Most of users are software developers, QA engineers, Product Managers and Engineering specialists, we also include a good amount of UX designers and business analyst.
We use clickup in the cloud the maintenance is all handled by the clickup team we do not need to spend time and resources with upgrades or infrastructure

Evaluating ClickUp and Competitors

Yes - JIRA was replaced mainly because of the costs and deprecation of JIRA on premise

I would have added performance assessment for the cloud version

Using ClickUp

Clickup is very intuitive, ready to use, setting up sprints, boards, filters is so easy and straightforward, finding the most relevant tickets and the si tasking, reporting and giant chart are super helpful

Yes - I loved being able to use click up app on my mobile phone, while I find it easier to work with it on my desktop I was able to perform most of the tasks on the phone app without difficulties
